Intimation – Closure of Trading Window

Intimation that Trading Window shall remain closed for Directors, Designated Employees and Connected Persons with effect from 1^st January, 2021 and will be reopened after 48 hours of date of announcement / declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter / nine months ended December 31, 2020.
