Appointment of Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer

The Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held on Saturday, 05^th February, 2022, have approved appointment of  Mr. Rahul Guha as the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He will be joining by May 2022.
