Thyrocare has a wholly owned subsidiary, viz. NUECLEAR HEALTHCARE LIMITED (NHL). NHL is engaged in the business of imaging diagnostic services, viz. PET-CT Scan, nuclear scanning, etc.

It has scanning centres in Navi Mumbai, New Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai (Prabhadevi & Borivali), Nashik, Bangalore, Surat and Vadodara.

NHL is planning to have scanning centres in more places in due course.

Thyrocare has recently acquired 51% stake in Pulse Hitech Health Services (Ghatkopar) LLP (“Pulse LLP”), which is engaged in the radiology business, such as MRI Scans, CT Scans, Ultrasonography, etc.
